Twei-twei ( 
) is Show-mi's third wife, appearing as a pair of legs wearing red thigh-high boots. Though only two legs are seen in-game, her portrait in the Tong-Nou Illustrated Book reveals her to have eight legs emanating from an eye in the center of herself. Like with any of Show-mi's wives, interacting with Twei-twei too many times will lead to the player contracting a fatal disease, unless prevented with the Sheep Intestine or Panacea.
