Dr. Hokin is a genius scientist and head of Planetokio Defence Force. He is voiced by Naoki Makishima.
Personality
Dr. Hokin has a wise personality. Usually serious minded but likes to make up pointless dad puns and is often seen as a comedy relief in a comedy routine. He is shown to have a sweet tooth as he's seen eating sweets during briefings.
